About ListenBrief
A family that got tired of the noise.
We're a father and his two sons in Amsterdam. We wanted to start our mornings informed, not buried under fifty tabs and an endless feed — so we built the briefing we couldn't find. That's ListenBrief.

Who we are
Made by hand, at the kitchen table.
ListenBrief is a project of Zamforge — a small family studio in Amsterdam. It's run by Rhett and his two sons, Darran and Dylan. We build things together: real software, shipped by three people who actually sit in the same room and argue about it.
The idea started at breakfast. Every morning began the same way — too many feeds, too many tabs, the vague dread of missing something that mattered while drowning in things that didn't. We didn't want another app to check. We wanted someone to read all of it overnight and tell us what actually counted.
So we built exactly that. ListenBrief is the editor we wished we had: it does the reading, cuts the noise, and hands you one sharp briefing before the day starts. We use it every morning ourselves — which is the only reason we trust it with yours.
Meet the desk
Three people, one briefing.
No big team, no boardroom. Just the three of us — and we like it that way.
Rhett
Father & founder
Started Zamforge and still writes the plan for every project. He wanted a briefing he could listen to over coffee — so that's where ListenBrief began.
Darran
Son · builds the brain
Lives in the part that reads everything, filters the noise, and connects the stories that matter. If your brief feels sharp, that's Darran's work.
Dylan
Son · shapes the feel
Cares about how it sounds and how it feels in your ears — the voice, the pacing, the six minutes that leave you genuinely caught up.
Why we made it
Everyone deserves their own editor-in-chief.
Someone who reads all of it, knows exactly what you care about, and briefs you before the day starts. That used to belong to newsrooms and heads of state. We wanted it for our own mornings — so we built it for yours too.
